Very Pleasant Experience.

Although it rained during my whole trip, spending time in this inviting, cozy home made an otherwise dreary stay much brighter. Very clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should, and the host was very accommodating and communitive. Bottom line, it was all good and I would defiantly recommend it!

Great property and owner

This house was immaculate and close proximity to the University of Arkansas. We enjoyed bringing our dogs and walking them around Prairie Grove, which is a very cute small town. We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect little house in the Grove

We came up for the football game. Seeing the prices of the hotels we ventured out away from Fayetteville directly. This house is in the perfect location. Only 11 miles from the stadium. The host outdid herself with stocking the house. We had several coffee options, all the extras to make it just how you like it. Fridge was stocked with water and condiments. The pantry had lots of snack options. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and paste in case you forgot yours. Along with a lot of other little what not things. Throw blankets in the closest. It was a great stay and we will be back for future games.

Nicely appointed

Perfect location for a perfect getaway!

Katie is a wonderful host and incredibly responsive! We had a wonderful time visiting NWA! The house was well appointed with everything we needed and more! We loved that the neighborhood is walkable and we took many strolls with our poodle! The location was perfect and only 10 minutes to Fayetteville and less than that to Starbucks! If you want a nice quiet, super clean place to stay, this is it!! We will definitely add this cottage to our list of favs!

Above and Beyond

We rented this home to be close to a loved one who had fallen ill over Christmas. The house is very cute and comfortable. But, what made this the best find for us was the generosity, compassion, and kindness shown to us by the host! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Best Stay in Prairie Grove!

The “Little House in the Grove” is perfect! My sister and I spent 6 days here and could not have been more comfortable. We were delighted by the spaciousness of the house compared to the photos. There were extra toiletries in the bathroom, and many assorted coffee pods in the kitchen; she even offered to have any small extras waiting for us when we arrived. Katie was such a kind and attentive hostess and has made such a cozy and inviting place here. We will definitely be returning as soon as we can, the location was perfect!

Lovely place to stay

My family and I recently stayed here and we’re very happy with our stay. The host was very accommodating and even took the time to make sure we had everything we needed once we arrived. The home was very clean, cozy and had everything we could possibly need and more. The host was also kind enough the leave extra blankets so my kiddos could camp out in the living room during our stay. We would definitely stay again when in town.

Dog hair everywhere. Washer stopped working during washing cycle. Had cameras in living room.

Now she's trying to charge me for cleaning fee when there was dirty laundry and a used razor in the drawers of dresser in bedroom! Dog hair was everywhere. Camera in living room. Washer didn't work.
