Villa Imperati es una exclusiva villa de lujo situada en la zona más panorámica y tranquila de Praiano, equipada con una piscina privada frente al mar, un amplio jardín en terrazas y una vista espectacular de la Costa Amalfitana. Es ideal para huéspedes que buscan espacio, privacidad y confort de alto nivel, en un auténtico refugio mediterráneo lleno de luz.



La villa se encuentra en una zona reservada del pueblo y no es accesible en coche. El acceso es únicamente a pie, a través de un sendero panorámico de aproximadamente 400 metros con unos 100 escalones, típico de Praiano.

Villa Imperati es una villa de lujo exclusiva situada en la zona más panorámica y tranquila de Praiano, con piscina privada frente al mar, amplio jardín en terrazas y vistas espectaculares a la Costa Amalfitana. Está pensada para quienes buscan espacio, privacidad y confort de alto nivel.



La villa no es accesible en coche y se llega solo a pie, mediante un recorrido panorámico de unos 400 metros con aproximadamente 100 escalones.

Gracias a su ubicación estratégica, Villa Imperati permite moverse fácilmente por la Costa Amalfitana incluso sin coche.

La forma más panorámica y relajante de recorrer la costa. Ideal para visitar Capri, Positano, Amalfi y calas accesibles solo por mar, evitando tráfico y problemas de aparcamiento.



•Autobuses de línea (SITA y autobuses locales – parada a unos 200 m):

Conectan regularmente Praiano con Positano y Amalfi. Una solución práctica y económica, fácilmente accesible a pie, aunque a menudo muy concurrida y más lenta en temporada alta.



•Conductor privado:

Ofrece flexibilidad y confort, con un coste más elevado que el transporte público y disponibilidad variable en los períodos de mayor afluencia. Se recomienda reservar con al menos un día de antelación.



•A pie:

Excellent Stay, Charming Location

The house and the property manager were excellent and helped us tremendously throughout our stay. It was nice to stay there and not in Positano, as Positano is extremely crowded. The little town in Praiano is very cute and has everything but the steps are treacherous to get back to the houseto get down to the main street.

Great Villa with stunning views of Positano

This house is beautiful and was a very nice place to stay in the heart of Amalfi. The access to the house requires a 5 minute walk with many stairs so definitely keep this in mind and try to arrange a porter to take your luggage if you have a lot to carry.

Very nice stay

Enjoyed the location of the Villa in Praiano. Nice to be in a quieter town with option to visit more crowded areas like Positano. Villa was roomy. Pool was great. View was spectacular. There were stairs but worth the climb!

Wonderful Stay!

My family of five had a wonderful stay @ Villa Imperati. It was a perfect place for us to come back to and relax by the pool after venturing out all over the Amalfi coast. The views are breathtaking and there are so many great restaurants right near the villa - the location is great. Francesco was very attentive and helped us navigate our stay here and helped with arranging day trips and transportation which made our stay - stress free. 😊

Great stay in Praiano

Francesco was a great host. He was very responsive, and very helpful when it came to local recommendations and services. Check in was easy and the place was very clean with a great layout for a family. The kids loved the pool. Overall it was a great stay. One thing worth noting, it does take a little work to get to the closest store so bring your sneakers.we would definitely stay here again.

The house and the property manager were excellent and helped us tremendously throughout our stay. It was nice to stay there and not in Positano, as Positano is extremely crowded. we loved our villa. Praiano is a gem. The management team was super helpful. The villa was spotless and the pool was refreshing. Only area is the airconditioning the master does not cool that room. I would add supplemental air or add some fans.

Nice quiet stay with view of Positano

The property manager was great at always answering all our questions. Glad we used the Porter service for the stairs as it can be quite difficult if not. Overall great nice place with shops and bars close by. Just be prepared to make the trek down stairs and back up which can be quite difficult for older folks or those not in decent shape. Great communication!

Paradise in Praiano

We loved every second of our stay at this property. We had two adults and 4 kids who were able to spread out and have our own space while also enjoying all the wonderful gathering spaces (like that beautiful pool!). The views of the coast were breathtaking. And whatever you need on or off the property, Francesco and his management company were extremely attentive. They helped us with restaurant recommendations, boat excursions, transportation to different activities, anything we could think of! They were so kind and helpful. This was a very special property and we hope someday to return to experience all the Amalfi Coast magic.

Amazing!

Lovely villa in a fantastic location, the view over the sea and across to Positano is stunning. Pool is large enough to enjoy a few cool lengths and plenty of room within the grounds for sunbathing. Local restaurants were great, try our favourites, La Dolce Vista and Voce e Notte, we ate here on several occasions. Steps leading up can be a bit of a surprise at first but don’t let this put you off, watch how the locals manage these, slow and steady, I took their lead and had no problem. This villa is well worth a few steps, has everything you need and we all had a great time here.

Overall a great stay and good value for the price. As mentioned there is a lot of stairs but that is to be expected in this region. We had a hiccup with the pool but the manager was great and worked with us on that. He was very helpful and quick to respond with anything we needed. The house seemed to have all the essentials, the only thing I thought was missing is a espresso machine. We ate out all the time but that would have been nice for the mornings.

Wonderful!

Absolutely breathtaking views of Capri and Positano from the top of the villa. Pool wonderful in the heat. Trip of a lifetime. Norman was fantastic in his communication and helped book loads of restaurants and a trip to Capri - expensive but definitely worth it. Thank you Norman! Porter strongly recommended for taking heavy luggage upto the property. Download the video or have internet so you know how to reach the villa - the streets are a bit of a maze. 5 stars. We had a wonderful time at Villa Imperati!

We loved the views, the beautiful architecture of the villa, the art work on the path ways, the people in the town of Praiano. Che Bonta, the cooking class down the street at Il Rifugio Dei Peccatori, the Kasai Restaurant, etc… The Villa was somewhat difficult to get to but worth the walk and climb. Transportation to get anywhere is not overly easy, there is a walk&#47climb (paths and stairways) about half a mile to down to town and up to the villaacross to a street to meet cars. Requires luggage porting and drivers to get to most destinations, shoppingrestaurants. But it is a good work out and kick start to bring healthy work out when your vacation is over! :)

Beautiful home!

The pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s beautiful and spotless. The views are incredible and the pool is perfect. Norman was a wonderful help—did an amazing job food shopping for us and talked us in when we got a little turned around at check in. Just know there are about 220 steps down to the Main Street, bust stop etc. it’s pretty steep and significant—granted all of the coast is this way. Get the porter at check-in. It’s just worth it. The home is lovely and Praiano is a delightful escape from the craziness, although a quick bus ride to everywhere.

Amazing Views

I stayed here four nights in March for spring break with family. The views and loaction were phenomenal. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that the supplies in the villa were extremely limited. There were five towels, but you can have more for an additional fee. Two dish towels, no pot holders for metal pans (handles become very hot). Zero Tupperware. Washer, but no dryer. And...the yard was extremely overgrown and should have been mowed. It was a great week, but limited kitchen tools to say the least.
