Decepcionante. A foto que a proprietária coloca no anuncio é de frente para o mar. A realidade da vista da sacada da.para o bairro. Limpeza? Colchoes e travesseiros mofados, cadeiras de praia e guarda sol inferrujados, geladeira nao gela, pano de chao sujo dentro da maqiina de lavar,, panela nao tem ( encontrei duas muitos velhas e com oleo sujo denrro do forno, embaixo da cama so sujeira, as colchas da.cama cheirando mal e sofa com areia chao pefajoso. Paguei a taxa de limpeza o minimo que eu esperava era limpeza. E claro paguei vista para o mar e nao vi o mar da janela......Decepcionada nao sei se recomendo mais o aplicativo e se volto a alugar pelo VRBO.

Estadia foi ótima apartamento bem aconchegante, limpo arejado sinal de internet e tv funcionando perfeitamente , apartamento mimoso amamos o prédio fica de frente pra praia mas o apartamento não é ,mas pra nós foi indiferente ,a Ana anfitriã fofíssima os funcionários do condomínio super educados sempre mantendo as áreas comuns limpas e secas no vai e vem pra praia . OBS: minha observação fica em questão da piscina,no meu caso (EU) meus acompanhantes gostam ,eu não gosto de mar, água do mar por isso escolhe um apartamento com piscina o aplicativo me deu esse com opção fechei o negócio paguei ok ,durante a assinatura do contrato descobrir que não poderia usar a piscina ,lá o porteiro disse que foi decidido em assembleia que a piscina era pra morador apenas uai porque estava disponível no aplicativo a piscina ? Não voltarei por esse motivo apenas . Fora isso foi tudo ótimo !

O apartamento aconchegante, limpeza 100% , super confortável da até vontade de morar. Perfeito!
