The property is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Praia Grande. At the end of the street we have the Feirinha da Guilhermina tourist and gastronomic point of the neighborhood. With fair rooms, the guest will have a lot of comfort during their stay. Practically standing on the sand, 50 meters from the beach.

The apartment has one bedroom with separate rooms and is ready to accommodate up to 6 guests. We have a functional kitchen that provides conditions for preparing meals.
