Romantic Riverside Apartment near Old Town square

Petrská čtvrť is one of the areas of the New Town that was already inhabited before its foundation in 1348 and included in the New Town walls with the original street network and buildings. The difference from the newly laid out wide straight streets and regular plots of the New Town is still evident in the city plan today, as the old, spontaneous structure of the streets has been more or less preserved.

There were many workshops and mills near the banks of the Vltava (tannery, cardboard factory, etc.), which disappeared due to the regulation of the banks of the Vltava in 1915–1917. Für einfache Ansprüche in Ordnung

Der große Vorteil der Wohnung ist die Nähe zur Altstadt und Ebenerdigkeit des Zugangs, für wen das wichtig ist. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Mir hat nicht gefallen, dass sich die Fenster nur mit großem Aufwand öffnen lassen. Dafür hat man in der Wohnung aber eine Art Zwangsbelüftung. Negativ ist zu bewerten, dass es im Bad keinen Heizkörper gibt (und kein Fenster!), der die feuchten Handtücher wieder trocken werden lässt und für eine angenehme Temperatur sorgt. Deshalb in der Gesamtbewertung auch nur 3 Punkte. Die Wohnungstemperatur selbst war in Ordnung. Sie lässt sich über 2 E-Heizkörper regeln.
