Place is very clean, room was as described and quite close to the city centre with tram and buses down the road. Uber is very cheap. Small let down was the lack of enthusiasm by the staff, as one of the male staff members was a bit dull, sluggish and not willing. Kinda experienced this on both days of my one night stay and rather talked to the female staff who were much more helpful. I had to pay a 100Kč fee (£3.50) for not being a local to Prague (I am Czech but from a different city). This may have been small printed but I was advised. Room was clean and fresh smelling and good quality all around. Bar is small but good and practical lounge area in one. For the price it is worth it.

Beds were comfortable. Our room faced away from the street, which was fortunate, since they started construction on the street the day after we arrived. Very walkable to sights. Breakfast buffet was good. Our fridge was broken and while we reported it, no effort was made to fix it.

The hotel is in a convenient location, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast is good. However, the room had not been cleaned properly; there were thick layers of dust on surfaces across the room. The bathroom in particular was dusty and the bathtub had stains in. Disappointing and not what I would expect for the price charged.

Mold in the bathroom, dirty carpeting, hole in the bedsheets. Very noisy plumbing, so you hear other rooms flushing etc. Location is great if you know this town. But it’s far from 4 star. 3 star at the best.

During our stay the property had some issues. When we arrived we had no running water and then that evening we didn’t have any AC. We were told that the ac wouldn’t be fixed until Monday- so we had to move location. I agree they found a solution, but while on vacation it’s not enjoyable to experience these events. The first room was significantly larger than the room they placed us in. The second room I call the basement ( they call garden) was NOT what I wanted. We had a shared patio with no furniture and the room was much smaller. They told us it was one of the best rooms. Red flag- that means the worst.

Excellent stay. Nice location Friendly staff Breakfast ok. It would be nice to separate beans, for us veggies egg in the beans and serving spoons a bit off putting, Wholemeal bread & Hash browns would have made it 🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️ If you like it quiet at night avoid the road side rooms. Shopping centre with Tesco hype-market just down the road. Good stay!
