My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Palác U Kočků during our girls’ trip to Prague. The staff were exceptional, making us feel very welcome as we arrived hours before check in. Our room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Prague, shop, and enjoy the city’s beautiful atmosphere. Outstanding location in the beautiful old town close to the clock tower. Very quiet even that is surrounded by lively restaurants and party venues. The staff is fluent in several languages and was very accommodating for directions, shopping tips and must-try things and food. The only recommendation would be to clarify timing for receiving of check-in code.

The only thing I didn't like was the B side has no elevator, but the front desk carried my luggage up. A has an elevator and my room there was a Suite. Fat Cats restaurant, which is one of the most popular restaurants bars, is downstairs. The staff at hotel and restaurant are super helpful. A waiter helped me set up the train app on my phone and help me book my train.

It was our first time to Prague so we wanted somewhere central. This hotel definitely meets that brief! Located just a short walk from the main square and Charles bridge, we were really happy to have such a convenient location. The streets outside are very busy but we didn’t mind and it didn’t impact our stay. Close to cafes, bars, shops and restaurants made this a great choice. Staff were helpful and the room was fine. Would stay again.

The hotel is really Well located in a pedestrian área! It shares property with fat cat bar, which is very convenient to take a beer downstairs, or a casual dinner!! The hotel Is close to king charles bridge also, and because of that very well conected with the castle area. Very nice place and really nice service!

Great location only a few minutes from Old Town Square. Convenient to have restaurant downstairs for breakfast, lunch or dinner however can be noisy but seemed to close at 11pm. Had a single room which was acceptable with kettle and hot drinks, fridge, iron and ironing board and safe. Large bathroom with bath. Good if you’re not too worried about luxury.
