Very bad experience not safe at all and the Reception and location and the room you will stay in different location so you have to walk almost 20 minutes the staff very rude,Very dirty and ugly experience

Everything was good except checking in. On the hotel app, when you go to directions, Google maps brought me to my final destination, not check in location. With technology today, it would be easier to have the check in address on the website, and then receive your final destination from reception. This would make it impossible to go to the wrong place in the beginning of your stay. Other than that, great place and location.

El peor alojamiento en el que he estado

No era lo que esperaba , el alojamiento tiene todas las zonas comunes compartidas , solo tienes la habitación para ti , el internet siempre estuvo malo , llamamos y nunca lo arreglaron, la calefacción funcionaba solo en algunos momentos a lo que también llamamos al anfitrión y no dio ninguna solución, nunca volvería a quedarme en ese alojamiento.

very different to what was expected,

the "hostel" is a small flat top floor of the most wrecked house around wencelslav square. no sign, no contact telephone number, we couldnt find the place nor the reception (which was announced as adress, bút at this adress also nothing announced the check in of the very hotel. iit took us 11/2 hours and the help of two very nice local tourist information staff to find the check in. we had to share a bathroom, which was not announgced on the website, we coudnt refrain from our reservation although it was nothing like we expected. the staff at check in as well as their head on the telephone were very rtude and would inist it was all our fault and we should know what we usually get for a cheap price like this (65 euros for a room with no own bath and no cleaning service during our sty - although we paid an extra 10 euro for "cleaning") in a very rude manner

Tämligen billigt boende för en central plats i Prag. Lite slitet boende med delat badrum och toalett. Kan vara besvärande men det gick mkt bra då närboende var lugna och trevliga. Sköna morgnar och kvällar på terassen. Bra med terrass i sin helhet. När himlen var blå låg solen på den ca kl 13.00, mkt stark och då kunde vi inte vara på terrassen eftersom inget parasoll eller solskydd fanns. Bra gardiner som stängde ute solen men vi saknade aircondition, fanns en fläkt. Ett enkelt sätt att öka trivsel är en hammock eller parasoll samt aircondition.

I and my wife from Vienna booked this hotel and after four hours of driving, we arrived from Vienna, but the hotel was not at the address that was written. We searched for the hotel for two hours, but we did not find anyone answering the call. We finally found the hotel office on the other side of the city, but unfortunately we were told that you did not book a room. I showed the hotel reservation, but after an hour they told us that we could not give you this room. If you want this room must be pay very more . At the End, we slept in the car at night. I never forget this Damn night, because my wife was pregnant.
