We had a wonderful stay at the Fairmont Golden in Prague. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the staff were incredibly attentive and made us feel genuinely welcome. The hotel itself is spotless and luxurious, with beautifully maintained rooms and common areas. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city while still enjoying a peaceful and refined atmosphere. My stay at the Fairmont Prague was exceptional from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check-in, which set a great tone for the whole visit. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently attentive, and I’d especially like to highlight the excellent turndown service from housekeeping, a small detail that truly elevated the experience. The room itself was top quality, featuring modern, high-tech amenities that made the stay both comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was generous, with an abundance of options to suit every taste. What really stood out to me, though, were the spa, pool, and gym facilities. They were genuinely impressive, spacious, beautifully maintained, and clearly designed to a very high standard. If I were being extremely picky, I’d say the spa/pool area could use a few more loungers, as they tended to fill up quickly. Overall, an outstanding stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Fairmont Prague to anyone visiting the city.

Everything about the Fairmont Golden Prague exceeded our expectations! The hotel is gorgeous and in a fantastic location, just steps from the river and a few blocks from the Astronomical Clock. The Greenhouse restaurant at the Fairmont was excellent, too. The rooms were spacious and we appreciated the turn-down service and attentive housekeeping staff. The only negative, and it’s not really a negative at all, but the WiFi was not always reliable. It wasn’t that big of an issue, but something I did want to mention if you’re planning on doing any video conferencing or work from the hotel. All in all, we loved our stay and can’t wait to return!
