From previous experiences at other locations I was expecting clean and basic and to an extent that's what is here, but staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean, kettle and tea/coffee in room, breakfast selection good. Only downside is that the restaurant wasn't open in the evening of our stay as it was Sunday - although the sign at the entrance states it is open 7/7 and by the time we got here couldn't find anywhere within easy walk to eat.
theoretically all should be ok. Good place. nerby citi. But kitchen do not always work. Depending on the number of visitors. Service in the restaurant is.. rather poor. It may happen that you will wait for your dishes, and it would be dish of the day, over then one hour. Additionally they can be not sure what you ordered. Dishes not very tasty but quite acceptable. good breakfests. Something is not correct with service or same organization of the hotel. Dont be astonnish when shower in your room will be fitted with only one sheet of glass. It's not ok against a tired visitor who want only jump on and go bed. if such and similar little things dont disturb you, this is the right place for you..
The hotel was clean and the wifi not bad, the staff was pleasant as well. however without a car, forget it. there no shops at all no where miles around, and a long drive from city centeR. there a shoping mall about 15 min car drive away. good if you are looking for a peacefull place for relax, but really isolated.
This hotel provides excellent value for money. Very warm and friendly reception staff. Room was basic but had a very good bed and was spotless as was the large bathroom. Supper was fine and breakfast offered plenty of choice. The closeness to the airport meant that a very early flight departure was not as gruelling as it could have been.
Hotel is nice but need some renovations -bathrooms especially. Rooms are nice and tidy, but You can hear everything from other rooms, not so quiet there. We had some problems with our reserwation, not happy about that. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast good and fresh. Ok for business, not to far to city centre.
I've been visiting this hotel 3 times already and will stay in future. It's nice chain hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Some rooms may have WiFi issues but be sure you ask for replacement if you need that for work. Hotel is near airport and some nice shopping malls, so be sure to ask at reception where to go. Taxi is cheap so don't worry if you don't have car with you.
Very nice and friendly staff, but localization isn't good if you don't have a car. Near bus is about 15min walk. Room was clean but floor is little bit dirty. We have reservation by airfasttickets - everything is fine.
Internet didn't work. Breakfast was a disaster. Reception stuff was very nice and not quite proffesional. Room was ok, except the bathroom: electric plug for the shaver didn't work, adjustement of water temperature worked nearly on the random rules. The hotel is placed close to the railroad... For the same price you an find better place for the stay in Poznan.
Reasonable hotel for the price. Friendly staff - Ok. rooms The WiFi is really bad. Most of the time it simply did not work. So if you need internet access, buy a 3G/4G dongle at the Kings Cross Market (3 mins by car from the hotel) - or find another hotel. As a Business traveler I depend on stable WiFi internet access and chose my hotels based on this. - it's not an excuse that it's "Free" The restaurant is below average - it's worth to order a pizza from outside or go into Poznan center.
The hotel is mainly used by business men during the week so it gets very busy. The hotel is situated on the outskirts of Poznan so you do need a car to go anywhere. The staff are very good and very helpful. The rooms are of a good size and very clean. Good quality bed ensures a comfortable sleep at night. If you get a room at the back of the hotel you are facing a busy railway line, the trains run at night and if you have your windows open you might hear a train horn sounding. The kettle with the free tea and coffee in the room was an added bonus. The rooms remind me very much of Ibis hotels. Parking is free for 4 hours and there is a security man who patrols the car park. The flat screen TV has international channels, although for English readers, there is only Bloomberg Business European channel and 2 other Asian news channels that broadcast in English. BBC World would have been welcomed. If you like pop music then you will be pleased to know that they have Eska TV, the Polish pop music channel and on the radio on the TV there is the Italian radio station Radio Ibizia which is dance music orientated. Breakfast was a little disappointing, at the weekend when not many guests were staying at the hotel, the water to make cups of tea was nearly cold, as was the coffee. This was on most mornings. The scrambled egg was only partly warm. It looked like the food had been there untouched since breakfast started, we went down for breakfast 2 hours after it started. Breakfast items were not replenished, you had to keep asking the staff, who were not much in evidence in the breakfast room, for food items. I would stay here again if visiting Poznan as the hotel is clean, the price of the rooms is reasonable, the staff are professional and very helpful but would not have breakfast here as it is not up to the standard of other European chains such as Ibis or Ibis Budget and not as good as the breakfast at Campanile hotels in France or Spain.
