Q'emiln Park, just across the Spokane Street Bridge, offers 78.5 acres of fun: swimming, hiking trails, rock climbing, a boat launch, volleyball courts, a playground, and more. If you’re bringing a boat, dock it at Templin’s Marina just down the street. Golfers, rejoice! The Highlands Golf Course and Coeur d’Alene Golf Club are a short drive away.

Guests can also park up to three vehicles in our private driveway.

You’ll access the home through a keyless entry system, allowing for a seamless check-in process. No need to worry about keys – you’ll receive your unique entry code 15 minutes before arrival.

If you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message away to ensure your visit is nothing short of fantastic!

GUEST CHECK-IN FORM:
You will receive a guest check-in form upon booking. Please review and fill it out within 48 hours to fully confirm your booking. We kindly appreciate it!

PARKING:
We allow a maximum of 3 vehicles at the property due to parking space availability and there is NO TRAILER parking available at this property.

QUIET HOURS:
Thank you for observing our quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

Additional Guests and Visitors:
For the comfort, safety, and security of all our guest's, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests or additional visitors are not allowed without prior approval from management. If you would like to request approval for visitors, please contact us in advance. An additional fee may apply for any approved visitors or extra guests. Unauthorized visitors or guests may result in the cancellation of your reservation without a refund, in accordance with our house rules.

Movie/Game Room: Please be aware that the Movie/Game Room does not have air conditioning. It is cooled by a fan to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, this area is not designated for sleeping, so please use the bedrooms provided for your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: EV charging is not allowed at our homes without prior approval. If you need to charge your electric vehicle, please contact us in advance to discuss the options. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
