This beautiful house is newly built with spacious and beautifully done rooms. With modern facilities such as smart tvs, underfloor heating & more this is a lovely place to stay with family and friends.

The garden is great in the summer months with the bbq, outdoor furniture and above ground pool

The sunsets over the Solent from the sitting room and master bedroom are beautiful and the location to the sea, port Solent and the marinas aren’t to be missed!

The bedrooms have comfortable beds, blackout curtains and high quality linens and duvets, with a selection of pillows throughout the bedrooms for your comfort

Great Home, Recommended

Lovely home, lots of space and the backyard is very quaint. My friends and I rented this for an event happening in the area locally and were pleasantly surprised at how nice the location and overall home was. It all felt very new. My only recommendation would be to make sure if you’re from outside UK to be sure to bring your own converter adapters and note that there’s no floor length mirror (we had events to dress up for). The property manager was very quick to respond and we enjoyed our stay. I’d highly recommend staying here and will likely plan to stay here again in the future for next years event.
