My shower both mornings were ice cold! The “indoor” swimming pool was the temperature of an outdoor swimming pool. I only picked this location for the swimming pool and we couldn’t even utilize it! Very disappointed and won’t be back!

Just came here for an overnight stay, but liked the facility. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and I liked the homey touches in the room as well with the photographs in the room. Staff was pleasant as well. I would stay here again if I needed to and would recommend this hotel to others.

Room service: 1. Absolutely and appallingly filthy. - Bathroom floors (Tiled areas within this unit), so unclean and layers of debris/dust, bacteria buildup. Obvious period of a long duration of time that any, if at all, disinfecting and sanitizing had been performed. - Housekeeping: 1. Room service by the housekeeper was very rude and unprofessionally present at the time of her requesting to "clean" the unit. 2. When asked for specific amenities to be given upon exiting for the time she needed to perform her duties, the response I was given was very abrupt and disturbingly clear. Mental health problems maybe? Not a physicist but definitely unstable and felt threatening. 3. My requests for amenities was cut short by her responses that she don't need to be told what was needed and that she knew what to do. I continued to clarify anyway, after patiently waiting for her to finish her aggressive responses. My requests were simple and it was this: 1. Please clean the floors well. They appeared at that time, by way of a casual overview upon observing the area before exiting. 2. A note reminder was given her in case she didn't remember specifically my requests. She did not acknowledge the curtesy. 3. It was apparently obvious as well, that she was mindfully focused on my personal property within my suitcase and belongings spread out within the area of the bedroom/TV space. She immediately took action upon entering the room, to walk straight forward to my property and touch.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient and easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. I really appreciated the good service and overall pleasant atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others!

I am a below the knee amputee, so when I requested handicap accessible. Handicap parking was at a premium unless you were a rewards member. The distance I needed to walk from my vehicle to the entrance was a chore. I anticipated a first-floor room, but ended up on the second floor. The room was right in the middle of the hall, so the walk from the stairs or elevator was not close. The only accommodation that came with handicap request was the grab bars in the shower and a shower bench to attach to the tub. To add insult to injury, the indoor pool was closed for the weekend……no idea why…. but they could give us a pass to the local gym, miles away, that has a pool for use for free. Not really accommodating to have to dress to leave, bring swim gear to another location, then have to drive back to the hotel. The beds were comfortable, the AC worked well and there was plenty of hot water however, the room overlooked the cemetery. I do not see where that the room was worth $300 a night. We were only there for 1 night. The continental breakfast was low quality for the high price of the room, and we ended up going to a local restaurant in town for breakfast after we checked out. If I waited one more day to stay it would have been half the price. Just because it was a Saturday and everything else was booked up, this is price gouging at its finest in my opinion.
