Located in Portsmouth, this delightful 1-bedroom cottage offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra guests. Located just steps from Island Park's beaches and dining, this makes for the perfect summer getaway! We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our cottage.

PLEASE NOTE: Vrbo states that the property is ~3 minutes from the Newport Bridge. This is FALSE, it is 3 minutes from the Sakonnet Bridge. The cottage is ~30 minutes from downtown Newport, ~20 minutes from Sachuest (2nd) Beach, and ~35 minutes from the Newport Bridge. We are working on changing this and we apologize for the confusion.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Clean basic one bedroom. Convenient location. Very basic set up (no wine glasses, no Kleenex, no washcloths, no trash bin in bathroom). But cute and clean. For one night it worked great.
