We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and tax code, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residential address to complete the customer record. The data is mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation by us, with a penalty for the guest.
We offer our guests an apartment located on the third floor of a building without a lift, at the corner of the tree-lined avenue that leads to the characteristic Ghiaie beach, an enviable position, in the immediate vicinity various services such as bars, restaurants, shops and a pharmacy as well as the port for foot travellers.

Small and modern apartment located on the third floor in a residential complex. It is composed of an entrance hall, a well-equipped small kitchen on the right with access to the balcony, a living room with sofa and TV on the left. Double room, one double with 2nd pull-out bed, one double. Large bathroom with walk-in shower.

- at the corner of viale delle Ghiaie; near the port
- has no parking space but for the 2023 season the Cosimo de Medici car park on the beach will be available free of charge; in addition to the dirt parking lot behind the Guardia di Finanza

- travelers on foot are asked to communicate at least 48 hours in advance, in order to be able to organize a smoother check-in based on their needs
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
