Enjoyed our stay, good location.

Nice place with easy access to the main drag of the town, 15 min hike to the beach. Cleaning staff did a great job on the room, but maybe some age/wear & tear and climate had some issues they couldn't fix. Breakfast was typical, but the did prep your breakfast eggs specially for you via standing order, which was nice. Charged for the waters in the minifridge. Wish it had just been empty so we could stock our own rather than being surprised. Internet and AC both worked, both were vital. Pool area seemed fine in the mornings for adults, more kids later in the day.

Overall the property and amenities are good, stuff was great till one off the cleaning ladies steal a expensive t-shirt that was left at the room, I contacted the front desk and after a couple days they just told me that was nothing they could do, long story short… stay away, there are better and safer places to be.

A beautiful and super clean property. Amazing service! They went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed. The food and drinks were also excellent - the best caipirinhas. Thank you Williams for all that you did for us. We even tried to change our flight so we could stay another day. We hope to return soon.

Minha estadia na Pousada Coqueiros foi simplesmente excelente! O ambiente é encantador, com uma área externa muito bem cuidada, cheia de verde e com uma piscina maravilhosa para relaxar. O quarto é confortável, limpo e silencioso — perfeito para descansar depois de aproveitar Arraial. O café da manhã é um destaque à parte: variado, fresco e com tudo preparado com muito capricho. A localização também é excelente, bem próxima ao centrinho e às melhores praias. Mas o que realmente faz a diferença é o atendimento — todos os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos, simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar. Me senti muito bem acolhida durante toda a estadia. A Cris e o Vini fizeram a diferença! Recomendo de olhos fechados e com certeza voltarei!

O Hotel é uma graça por fora, paisagismo incrível e atendentes simpáticos! O café da manhã é bem gostoso, mas tem poucas opções e variedades. Mas de uma vez deixaram faltar o pãozinho. Mas o que me encomdou mesmo, foi: reservei dois quartos, para mim e um casal de amigos (dos quais convenci ficar nesse hotel, pois queriam outro) e nosso quartos eram diferentes, o meu era bem inferior, fiquei bem decepcionada! Além disso, pecam por coisas bobas, como não ter cortina nas quartos, uma mesinha para usar notebook ou tomadas ao lado da cama para apagar a luz. Infelizmente o custo-befício não foi bom!
