Recepcionistas despreparados

Atendente da recepção despreparado, fez questão de dificultar minha experiência na estadia. Segundo o hotel, eles possuem rígidas regras quanto a visitantes nas dependências do hotel. O recepcionista se recusou a autorizar uma familiar minhas que estava em outro hotel nas proximidades a passar da recepção, mesmo que por poucos minutos. Nem se deu ao trabalho de me oferecer a taxa de visitante. E ainda se sentiu à vontade para me chamar de soberba. Um dos piores atendimentos que já tive em hotel.

Não recomendo o hotel

Não recomendo o hotel. Quanto à área comum, principalmente, na área da piscina, não se pode ligar som, mesmo em altura ambiente. No entanto, no hotel ao lado o som “tora” o dia e a noite toda. Ouvir som alto do vizinho pode, mas no hotel não. Lastimável. No banheiro sai pouca água no chuveiro e esquenta quando quer. Teve quarto que faltou água. Roupas de cama e toalhas só são trocadas a cada três dias. Inviável, visto que geralmente se usa mais do que tem disponível. Café da manhã é praticamente o mesmo todos os dias. Bem básico mesmo. Se for ficar mais dias, se prepare para comer sempre do mesmo todos os dias e, repito, coisa bem básica mesmo. Tem sauna no hotel, mas não funciona. Salão de jogos, ou melhor, uma sinuca, só descobrimos no último dia. Não tem sequer uma placa informando. A propriedade é repleta de coisas de madeira (escadas), piso superior, etc. Dá uma aparência de lugar velho. Sinceramente não vale à pena pelo valor que paguei, cerca de R$ 3.700,00 por 7 diárias. Se caminhar cerca de 300 metros na mesma rua tem outro hotel (Safira Praia Hotel), bem mais novo, com piscina, academia, sauna e bar na área da piscina com diárias mais em conta. Um amigo meu ficou lá e pagou muito mais barato que eu. Acabei escolhendo esse hotel, pois levaria meu cachorro. Como não levei, juro que não compensa ir pra lá. Não vendem praticamente nada lá, só água, skol e cappuccino, e ainda te proíbem de levar cooler para beira da piscina. Não recomendo mesmo.
