Welcome to Villa Rosa Mare, an authentic charming retreat located in the picturesque Seixal, just a 10-minute walk from Seixal Beach and surrounded by the unique beauty of Madeira where the sea and mountains meet in a dreamlike setting.



Villa Rosa Mare offers the perfect balance between tranquillity, comfort and the natural essence of the island.



Upon entering the property, a luminous corridor leads to welcoming bedrooms, each with décor inspired by different Madeiran settings, inviting you to explore the island without leaving home.



Two of the bedrooms have private bathrooms, one of them adorned with beautiful blue tiles that evoke the Atlantic spirit, and, at the end of the corridor, there is an elegant and functional shared bathroom.



On the lower floor, the heart of the home reveals itself in a spacious open-plan space, where the living room, dining room and kitchen come together in a perfect environment for socialising and sharing.



The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, features a practical central island and direct access, through a door, to the external terrace.



Here, you can relax in the sun on the loungers, savour outdoor meals at the garden table or prepare delicious barbecues on the barbecue grill, and also benefit from an outdoor bathroom for greater convenience.



Villa Rosa Mare has 5 bedrooms and capacity for 9 people, it is the ideal destination for families or groups of friends looking for an unforgettable holiday. A few minutes' walk away, you will find a panoramic viewpoint and a local grocery shop, perfect for everyday shopping.



The dwelling also offers a washing machine, iron, private parking and a welcoming environment that combines the best of Madeira — the deep blue of the ocean and the intense green of the mountains — in one place.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
