We love this property, the room, views from the room, the location, free parking, the restaurants & bars on site & especially the amazing staff! From check in to check out & all between, we had an amazing time & received top notch service. The staff was warm, friendly & gave so many great suggestions for things to do, see & where to eat. The gentlemen that runs the “Beer House” went above & beyond, he was so fun to chat with. The lady overseeing resort activities was also amazing. She made the activities so much fun. The views from the room were absolutely stunning, & the room itself comfortable & clean. The daily breakfast was plentiful & tasty. I highly recommend this resort for your stay in beautiful Porto Moniz & we personally can not wait to return. I will always choose Aqua Natura for our stay too! I can’t find one negative thing to say about this place.

Umbauarbeiten haben stattgefunden. Dadurch Lärm und Dreck. Sowas will man im Urlaub eigentlich nicht. Beim Frühstück wäre ein 2. Kaffeeautomat gut. Ansonsten war das Essen lecker.

This property has one of the best views out there in Madeira, which is saying a lot. The sea in all its aggressive glory crashing into the base of your room, the cliffs standing defiant and the beautiful natural pools, its all very postcard. Unfortunately aggressive seas meant we could not enjoy the natural pools. The indoor pool ofcourse is no match for the natural pools but we had a great time here nonetheless. The food was also quite top notch and we enjoyed every meal here. Th staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant were super polite, professional and helpful. A very pleasant stay overall, and the view and hospitality will both stay with us!

Nous avons passé un séjour mitigé. En effet, l’hôtel est vraiment bien placé et à première vue plutôt moderne et propre. Cependant, nous nous sommes retrouvés sur le côté de l’hôtel ou des travaux avaient lieu pour de nouvelles chambres. Au premier abord, nous n’avons pas eu de problème, mais dès le deuxième jour les travaux se sont intensifiés ainsi que le bruit qui a duré toute la journée. Par ailleurs, les couloirs étaient souvent rempli de Placo et l’ensemble des couloirs n’était pas terminé. C’est dommage lorsque nous prenons une chambre dans un 4 étoiles qui préfère peut-être voir sa rentabilité plutôt que la quiétude de ses hôtes . De plus, je ne sais pas si à cause des travaux, le chauffage avait été coupé, et nous avons dû utiliser un mini chauffage d’appoint pour se réchauffer lors des deux nuits du mois de mars. Pour finir, nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner qui était vraiment très qualitatif et sur-mesure. En revanche, nous avions pris la formule demi-pension (heureusement, car nous avions pris All in inclu) le menu proposé comporté, 5 entrée 5 plats et 5 desserts qui ne changeait pas du tout de la semaine. Nous avons donc mangé pratiquement le même plat tous les jours sans même prendre les entrées ou le dessert qui ne nous plaisait pas. Nous avons trouvé ça. Dommage qu’aucun geste commercial n’a été réalisé. Concernant le service, rien à dire sur le petit déjeuner. Cependant le service du soir laisse parfois à désirer, notamment dans l’efficacité de celui-ci.

Best breakfast of our holiday, really excellent choices, quality and service. Room was lovely and the views are very dramatic being right above the sea. Even the sauna and hot tub have a view, fantastic view! At the time of our visit work took place in our part of the accommodation. I’m always disappointed when that is not mentioned when you book, as we didn’t book as long time in advance. I do understand that it is necessary, but it isn’t nice and I would have booked elsewhere, given the choice.

The staffs were amazing, gave us a little gift on our checkout. They were very attentive, kind, and amazing. It was the best hospitality in Madeira (funchal hotels were horrible in comparison). The room was nice and clean, with amazing (at night a little bit scary) view of the ocean and waves. I highly recommend!

A wonderful hotel with fabulous views of the sea. Huge rooms with big, comfy beds and large balconies overlooking the sea. The rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and sauna is wonderful also; there is free access to the clifftop natural pools too. The food is exceptional of fine dining quality and the half board option is excellent value, not too be missed! All of the staff are friendly, kind and helpful, they really care and want to ensure you have a great stay.  Highly recommended!

accueil, gentillesse, vue exceptionnelle, jacuzzi accessible à toute heure, même très tard ...c'est top ! peignoir, chaussons et serviettes piscines ... rien ne manque ! On cherche encore un point négatif mais c'est dur à trouver : chambre un peu humide mais clim et déshumidificateur dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel ! jus d'orange frais et pressé dans un buffet ... c'est un point parmi tant d'autres qui permettent un bon début de journée Parking et accès aux piscines naturelles : facile grâce aux accès offerts par l'hôtel !
