Very kind service. Also the view from our room was stunning. The location is a bit off of the busy area which means you will have to walk at least 30 minutes to get to Porto area.

Excellent in every regard. Brilliant hotel. Great walk along the river into the centre that adds to the excitement of visiting Porto. Port houses within metres of the hotel makes it even more wow. Balconies and terraces and the views are wonderful. The rooms and suites are very well appointed, super comfortable bed, great shower room, the mini kitchen was excellent, the minibar and snacks on another great level of care and thought. Meal and drinks very good indeed. Service was exceptional throughout. If you cannot guess by now I entirely love this hotel and has a huge recommendation from me.

The room was spotless, the staff were very accommodating—even giving us a great recommendation for a local restaurant with excellent food. We appreciated the information about Porto that was sent out ahead of time and the detailed explanation of sites to explore upon our arrival. Breakfast was delicious with abundant choices. This property has a lot of potential and I would rate it a solid 4.5 stars. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a river view and that no room upgrade was offered, even after we raised some concerns during our stay. Additionally, the area along the river directly in front of the hotel could use some attention, e.g., there was visible trash and a number of rundown or inactive tourism boats, which detracted from the overall experience.

Our suite was very comfortable for 3 of us. Plenty of room. Very quiet and private. We liked the upstairs lounge area. The staff were really helpful and nothing too much trouble. I loved the Claus Porto toiletries. The food in the hotel restaurant, Pot and Pan is fantastic. Fine dining at very fair prices. I would love to come back to this stylish haven.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff. The view looking back across the Douro River at historic Porto and the bridge was amazing both day and night. Hugo and Roger were excellent ambassadors at the front desk.

We loved everything about our stay. The hotel/property is absolutely amazing. The location is on the other side of the river but we enjoyed the walk to the main area in Porto. It was approximately 20 minute walk or a cheap uber ride. It was nice to be away from the hectic area after long days of sightseeing. And you get a beautiful view of centro Porto. Our room was extremely spacious and modern. The rooftop was super cute. Breakfast buffet was so yummy, And every hotel staff we had contact with were just so kind, happy, and genuine. We will only stay here when we return to Porto. Thank you to The Rebello Hotel for the most perfect stay and for celebrating our birthdays. Whatever you are doing, keep it up!!

We loved this hotel! My friend stayed her and told us we needed to book here for our trip…and we are so glad we did. We had the best sleep. Beds were so comfy and it was quiet! It was a little walk or taxi to the main sights but it was definitely worth it for the views and the quiet staying on the Gaia side. The rooftop patio was the icing on the cake! Thanks to all staff who were so lovely and professional.
