Fully furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is located on the 7th floor ,accessible by lift and close to various top attractions in Vila Nova de Gaia such as Mosteiro da Serra do Pilar and Miradouro do teleférico.

This apartment is designed with open living and dining areas. The living room features a sofa bed and a TV, and a dining area big enough to seat four people. There's also a balcony equipped with a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning city views!

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Plus there's a washer should you need it.

The bedroom features a king bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, a wardrobe for your belongings and a work desk.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need including fresh towels and free toiletries.

The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

A hub of the port wine industry, Vila Nova de Gaia is peppered with cellars offering tours and tastings. It’s also known for sandy beaches like Praia da Madalena, and the scenic riverside road Cais de Gaia, with its cafe terraces and expansive views across the Douro. Small restaurants serve grilled fish and seafood in the old fishing village of Afurada, where picturesque tiled houses line narrow streets.

Vila Nova de Gaia has a pretty promenade along the waterfront and is a great place to go for a walk and enjoy the remarkable views of the Dom Luís I Bridge and the picturesque neighbourhood of Ribeira in Porto and its terraced colourful houses. Another great thing to do is to take a cruise down the Douro River or visit some of Porto’s famous wineries and vineyards.

The apartment and many places in Vila Nova de Gaia are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:

- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest train station is General Torres: a 2-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 20 minutes drive from the apartment.

The property is centrally located, so you might hear some noise.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending availability.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when the sofa bed is not included).
