The hotel feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star, with small room and bathroom sink, bed uncomfortably hard, and it's a bit far from downtown center. The room is clean and front desk staff are friendly, but the price of $320 per night is outrageous. The buffet lunch was one of the worst I had in 25 years touring around the world. Very limited selection of hot breakfast items for 20 euros.

Eurostars Aliados is very well located on A Aliados and committee to Sao Bento Train Station. Beds are comfortable and clean. I had gave 4 stars for the only reason of the elevators are too slow and at rush hours can take up to 5 minutes to get one.
