The owners are very friendly! The location is within very reasonable walking distance from the main part of town.
the beach and restaurants were a short walk away from the inn which was great. There’s a nice pool on the property as well if you want to skip the beach. Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast and the owner was lovely. Hope to visit again!
One of the best inns we have ever been to. Would recommend to anyone coming to the area! Walking distance to everything and such nice rooms and atmosphere!

Very quaint B&B. Pleasant Innkeepers. Very basic breakfast. Could have put more thought into a more robust offering than just muffins, bagels and a quech.

We stayed in the Old Orchard Room. It had a "Fainting Couch" and high back chair; both were very comfortable. The bathroom is very small; but that is to be expected in a B&B. There is no thermostat; but was very comfortable. There is AC in the room. Breakfast was very good - Home baked Muffins were delicious, also had cereal, yogurt, bread, english muffins, juice, coffee, tea and Fresh bow of cut up fruit(watermelon, strawberries, blueberries and more). Nice to be able to walk to the beach. We also eat at Ken's place in Scarborough. Great ice cream at Martel's across from Funtown. Our Second time staying at Atlantic Birches Inn. Great Inn for price, location and friendly hosts!
