Located in the Residence "Le Clos de Socorro", with communal swimming pool (june to sept), about 1000m to the sea. This is a lovely spacious house with a view of the nature reserve, airconditioning, there is a spacious living room and well fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom with a double bed downstairs and a new shower room with toilet. Upstairs 2 bedrooms, one twin and bunker beds which leads on to the balcony, shower room with toilet, one parking space, converstory with tiled corner terrace with hedges. Wifi access. This is an ideal family villa with plenty of space inside and out. - Final cleaning included. NO PETS
Airconditioning in each bedroom and in the living room/kitchen (4 plits)

Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Teil der Anlage. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Leider haben die Vormieter das Geschirr nur sehr nachlässig gereinigt in den Schrank gestellt. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Der Wintergarten war eine tolle Sache. Der Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet im 1. OG ist sehr schön. Bis auf den Schönheitsfehler der Sauberkeit in der Küche haben wir uns wohlgefühlt .

Ruhige Lage am Rand der sehr schönen Ferienanlage; Ausrichtung nach Norden, daher nicht so sehr der Sonne ausgesetzt; prima Ausstattung; gute Organisationsabläufe durch den Vermieter; einziges Manko: lieblose Poolanlage

Geräumiges Ferienhaus

Sehr geräumiges und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Zimmer sind alle vergleichsweise groß und einheitlich mit guten Schränken möbliert. Darin finden sich die üblichen Sammlungen billiger Bügel, aber auch die in ausreichender Menge und Qualität. Die Betten sind die besten, die wir bisher in französischen Ferienhäusern vorgefunden haben. Küche und Essbereich vollständig eingerichtet, einen echten Backofen gibt es nicht, haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst. Einziges Manko im Haus: sowohl Kühlschrank als auch der Boiler sind recht laut und mit den alten Mischbatterien ist die Einstellung der Wassertemperatur wegen der sehr hohen Boilertemperatur etwas kitzlig. Im Aussenbereich die riesige Terrasse, die vollständig nutzbar ist, mit ordentlicher und stabiler Möblierung. Der Elektrogrill ist sicher der Naturschutzzone geschuldet; ich hätte mir da eher einen Gasgrill gewünscht. Insgesamt sehr ruhig, die Jogger und Fahrradfahrer auf dem Weg zwischen Anlage und Schutzgebiet stören nicht wirklich.
