Step inside this spacious 2200 sq. ft. home and discover a haven of comfort and entertainment. This property boasts four well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring its own TV for personalized viewing. With a total of six beds, there's ample space for everyone. The home includes three bathrooms: two full bathrooms and a convenient WC. The highlight is the 500 sq. ft. bar-style arcade, equipped with three 50-inch TVs, perfect for streaming your favorite content and catching multiple games simultaneously. Enjoy the convenience of two full-sized washers and dryers to make laundry a breeze. Outside, the property offers 80 feet of water frontage and a private 40-foot dock, leading to a sandy-bottomed area ideal for swimming and wading.
