The ground floor of this 3-level home was made for beachside living. Cool off in the pool, lounge on the deck chairs, or take the private boardwalk down to the Gulf. When lunchtime rolls around, throw burgers and hot dogs on the grill. The outdoor shower makes simple work of sandy feet, and there’s plenty of room for storing beach toys and gear.

The second level opens into a combined living, dining, and kitchen space decorated in a mix of coastal colors and modern furnishings.
