-This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.
-Reservations must be made by a guest aged 25 or older who will stay on property throughout the booking.
-No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Discovery of smoke residue will result in a $500 fee.

Quiet Spring Break

Very relaxing stay for a Spring Break with my daughter and her college friends. Close to shopping, beach and pool. The golf cart was great but really the amenities are within walking distance. The fire pit was a nice addition for the cool evenings this early in the season.

Feb1-27Vacation is supposed to be relaxing.Problem free - not here. Loose cabinet hinges, dirty grill, garage door not working, smoke detector chirping. Those were annoying inconveniences. ROACHES are health compromising.Routine maintenance before guests arrive would have made this a relaxing vacation.Needless to say we left a week early.
