We LOVE the area, and the location of this property is spot on. Three things that made me give a poor review.
1) Check In Process, there was about three codes you will need to get to the Condo. Vacasa only sent me one, and had to wait on hold while I called to get full info. (minor inconvenience)
2) MOLD was growing on the ceiling, door to the guest room and all on the closet doors and inside the closet. The room was very clean when we checked in and the mold didn't appear until day two of our stay. So my daughters spent the rest of the vacation. I texted Vacasa immediately with photos, the PM called me same day buuuut this leads me to my 3rd reason
3) It's been over week since this was brought up, I've followed up multiple times and there hasn't been a peep back to make this right. I would think since we lost the use of one bedroom for 3/4 of the trip some compensation would be in order. Not the full amount, but something. They could at least tell me no, but being ghosted is really poor customer service.
