Sleeping arrangements include three queen beds and two twin beds, with two of the bedrooms sharing a convenient connecting bathroom—perfect for families or groups. Sofa sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements.
The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas provide plenty of space for everyone to gather, relax, and enjoy time together. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, making meal prep and entertaining a breeze. Large screened in porch is the perfect place to enjoy the gulf breeze, and you’re less than a one-minute walk from sinking your toes in the sand.

Beach perfection
This was our first trip to Mexico Beach. We loved Lite House II. It was so nice. Plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean and decorated so cute! We loved the screen porch and the beach was just steps away! Can’t wait to come back!
