Relax atop a Hi-Dune adjacent to Salinas Park on Cape San Blas with a panoramic view overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. A rare find at the beach, this ground level 3 bedroom house allows easy access for those with mobility issues or just a long day out on the beach. Located on C-30, just passed where you turn to Cape San Blas or go straight for Indian Pass. Fewer homes are built in this area, creating a sense of privacy while conveniently located near Cape San Blas, Indian Pass, Port St. Joe, and Apalachicola.

Direct beach access via a footpath through Salinas Park has you in one of the most secluded parts of the Cape, known for its wide beaches and open spaces. Salinas Gulfsisde borders Hi-Dune’s lot, and Salinas Bayside is across the street. The parks’ amenities are nearly at your doorstep. The Gulfside has pavilions, walking paths, restrooms, and beach access. And then, on the bayside, there is a sand volleyball court, pickleball courts, an incredible playground for the kids, enclosed picnic areas, public restrooms and showers, and the highly popular kayak/paddleboard launch. If that’s not enough to keep you entertained, jump on the Loggerhead Run Bike Path for some fresh air exercise. The path extends the peninsula's length and will lead you to Scallop RePUBlic, a short distance away.

Great place to stay for those with mobility issues

We rented this property to have a ground level house with no stairs for my 90 year old grandfather, it was perfect for him in that aspect. The beds were a little uncomfortable. And the furniture was a little dated but we all enjoyed our stay and it was great to have 4 generations under one roof for a little get away.

We really enjoyed hi-dune! Great views of the ocean and park from the screened-in porch. This place is great if you want to be on the beach and have as much privacy as you can get in this area as far as I saw. Easy access to the beach by a short walk or by golf cart (highly recommend renting one!). The couch and the beds could really use replacing but everything else more than makes up for that. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It was a short walk to the beach and far enough from others that we didn’t have to worry about our dachshunds barking upsetting anyone. The house was clean. We appreciated the fence. We hope to stay here again.

Beautiful beach and sunsets

The cottage was clean except the couch had stains and the bed covers and shams were dirty. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and need upgrade/replacing. The pillows were stiff. Linens need to be upgraded. Kitchen was stocked adequately.
