This is hard to review your property as the property manager sent us to the wrong location. The address for this property does not match. The listing for the property was incorrect as well. Original property was listed as 2/1 but it is now listed as a 1/1. The property manager and staff sent us to a wrong location via multiple texts. After being in a different property for over 24hrs they DEMANDED we leave. The property manager from coastal Joe even threatened me on the phone that she was going to call the police. I called the sheriff and showed him all of the texts and directions that were sent to us from costal Joe. My children were afraid the entire time we were there after this interaction that they were locking their rooms at night. I spent more time driving back and forth from the beach to the house to make sure they were not going to come and clean out our belongings. This was the most ridiculous experience I have ever had and will make sure to never rent from this management team again in the future. Additionally the property management team did. Or know there are two house numbers on the same street. 1071 is the property we thought we rented 1075 is the property they sent us to.
