My brother and our spouses came with our parents, who are 90 and 91. The six of us had plenty of room to be comfortable. The inside of the house was even nicer than the pictures showed. My brother arrived before any of the rest of us and he said it was clean enough, but there was still some sand to be found in some places--not a problem for us really.Kyle was very quick to respond to ALL questions. I would rent again from him without hesitation!The most wonderful thing about this house is it practically sits in the ocean so the views are gorgeous--we have been to CSB many times before so we knew the sunsets would be magnificent. We had such a sweet time with my parents, lots of laughs! I was sad for it to end.My only warning to other travelers would be that the stairs to get into the house are treacherous for older folks like my parents--I knew it could be an issue but it was more scary than I anticipated (I had thought it would be OK because they have a steep set of steps they still navigate in their own home).The issues with these stairs: the treads are not wide enough for big feet (including mine-9.5 women's); the deck railing is natural wood; the railing is only on one side of the stairs. My dad (who has only one hand) got splinters a couple of times. I am not complaining...just warning in case there is any question. Overall though, the six of us agreed it was a wonderful trip!
