THE SPACE / LAYOUT
5 Arncliffe Avenue is a split townhouse with unit one on the left. Enter down the left of the driveway, up the stairs (7 steps) to the porch. Enjoy cooking up a storm in the well appointed kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave and clean up is a breeze with the dishwasher. The high ceilings above the kitchen allow in ample light and will make you feel right at home. The kitchen opens onto the open living and dining and further out to the balcony where you can enjoy the ocean air. Head back past the kitchen and entrance to find the bathroom with a walk in shower and the master bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and a built in robe.
The stairs by the front door will take you down to the ground level with bedroom 2 at the back of the house, again with a queen bed, ceiling fan and built in robe. You will also find here the laundry with washing machine, dryer and an additional toilet and access to the backyard. The rumpus room is also on the ground floor with a study desk, and internal access to the garage.
