Endroit calme, bien équipé avec une belle terrasse ombragée et bien situé (à proximité des commerces et plages). Maison bien agencée et assez spacieuse pour accueillir facilement 8 personnes. Peut être envisager de changer le canapé usé et le barbecue.

jolie petite maison , bien équipée dans secteur très calme, néanmoins inadaptée avec deux bébés: absence de clim (on le savait) mais 6 couchages sur 8 dans 2 chambres sous les combles, avec seuleùment deux petits vélux sans volets extérieurs. Maison non traversante : courants d'air impossible, une véritable fournaise , jour et nuit.

Vacances familiales réussies dans cette jolie petite maison aux volets bleus

Jolie petite maison aux volets bleus, bien agencée et bien équipée en vaisselle et autres éléments de cuisine. Deux grandes chambres à l'étage (l'escalier est un peu raide, mais notre petit-fils de 5 ans a pu monter et descendre seul en prenant son temps), une grande chambre au rez-de-chaussée qui reste fraîche toute la journée lorsqu'on laisse les volets fermés. Le jardin ombragé par les lauriers est un grand plus car il permet de prendre tous les repas à l'extérieur sans souffrir de la chaleur et du vent. Les ventilateurs mis à disposition dans chaque pièce, nous ont permis de surmonter la canicule, surtout la nuit. La maison donne dans une ruelle piétonne, donc aucun bruit de voiture. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un voisinage très calme. Bon accueil du propriétaire et surtout merci à lui qui a bien voulu nous renvoyer par la poste des vêtements que nous avons oublié !

Très bon rapport qualité/prix de très bon emplacement pour ce gite de mer. Tout peut se faire à pied (courses, plage). Bon accueil et service, Thierry la propriétaire est venu me chercher à la gare. Le point négatif : un escalier un peu raide, mais la solution est vite trouvée dans la mesure où le gite dispose d'une chambre au Rdv

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage und man kann zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den Strand erreichen. Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sofort zu erreichen. Leider geht aus dem Inserat nicht hervor, dass es sich um eine Doppelhaushälfte handelt und der Parkplatz nicht direkt am Haus ist. Ansonsten bestens geeignet für schöne Ferien.

cartier calme, a 7 mn de marche de la plage

cartier très calme on peut dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes, maison bien aménagée, on se rendait a la plage à pied, en 7 à 10 mn(donc pas de problèmes de parking) en plus accueil très agréable, et sympathique de la part du propriétaire.
