This 2 bedroom home offers an unrivalled location in Port Fairy, situated in Sackville Street and surrounded by the hustle and bustle of small town life.

Enter through the door on Sackville Street and head upstairs to your new home away from home. The master bedroom comes with Queen bed, built in robes and TV and views over the street. The second bedroom also contains a Queen and built in robes. Both bedrooms come with their own split system for whatever weather Port Fairy offers up!

There is one main spacious bathroom with large walk in shower and double sinks. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

From here you enter the open plan kitchen, dining and living room that offers light and space, a hidden oasis. There is plenty of counter space and all the modern conveniences you would expect. The dining room has seating for 6 so plenty of space for all.

The living space is relaxed and comfortable, with its own split system. The floor to ceiling concertina glass doors open the whole space out onto the patio where you will find outdoor seating for 6 and BBQ for your use during your stay. A delightful room just made for relaxing after a busy day in Port Fairy, or open it up and enjoy a barmy summer evening drinks with friends.

32A Sackville Street is a deight, leave your car in the garage and enjoy the shops and cafes on your doorstep!

There is a washing machine and dryer located at the property for your use during your stay (located inside the cupboard in the kitchen area). The unit comes with a garage which is located off Barclay Street.

A beautifully designed apartment. Slightly let down by little things that’s would fit with such a nice property and the nightly rate: 1. Coffee machine and a few capsules, 2. a collection of different teas, 3. some fruit, and 4. some shampoo and conditioner. Those small things mean so much when travelling long distances. Minor issue; The extractor fan in the bathroom needs to be either upgraded or clean as the steam is not removed. Overall it is a fantastic apartment. And we loved it! There is a supermarket immediately below and a great coffee shop just steps away.
