Second time we are going to this hotel. Last year in July a Russian customers but this year an Algerian customers who does not respect the good way Don't line up at the buffet, bathe dresses in the pool.We left before the end of our stay It is a shame because the staff is wonderful and the little care but this customer no longer reflects the standing pass of this hotel.
Русские, не выбирайте его! Никогда! Ни за какие деньги! I've never met such a disgusting attitude anywhere. Were in Bali, in the Dominican Republic, in Egypt, Turkey, and half of Russia went round. So terrible anywhere did not meet. Just asked to change the room, which did not have a double bed. The manager made a scandal. At first he offered to buy a luxury room, since the type was not free. We refused. Then he called the manager, the guide, who tried to persuade him to solve the situation, but no. They made a scandal. They made a noise. I was asked to be quiet, like I'm a woman. The issue was not solved, although we waited several hours. Worse yet, I have not. Stubborn. Relate without respect. When we once went on a business trip to the railway station in Tula, we were changed numbers until we liked it. And it was a station hotel, not 5 stars. There are no 5 stars, I would not give 3. Never again. I do not want to see them. Номера разбитые, грязные! Воды горячей нет!
We were rested in June 2017. Registration was fast. The rooms were ready for the settlement. We were offered a choice of several options on different floors. Currency exchange works almost constantly (there are several breaks for half an hour). Almost all the staff understands Russian. The cleaners greet you "Good Morning", and waiters and bartenders understand much more complicated phrases. The staff is nice and friendly, can joke and laugh. There is a restaurant, a minibar by the pool and a bar in the lobby. The minibar at the pool offers drinks, coffee, pancakes, pizza, fruit. Bar in the lobby - drinks, incl. alcohol, without restrictions. Here you can always ask for clean bottled water from the refrigerator or request a coffee. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Only for dinner you need to wear pants. For breakfast and lunch you can come in shorts. There are first dishes, the second, desserts, fruits, ice cream. All without limits. Several times in addition to local cheeses was the distribution of French cheeses - with white and blue mold. There are two pools. One rectangular, with a depth of 1.40m. The second one is round with a smooth increase in depth from 0.4 to 1.4m, where you can play with small children. The sea is literally 30 meters. Sand beach. All clean. The water is transparent. Sometimes jellyfish come. But for two weeks this was 1 time. Now about the minuses: 1. Always forget to bring bottles of water to the room. We had to take them from a lobby bar. 2. On the penultimate day they took and did not replace face towels. 3. The hotel is 5*, but looks 4-4.5*. The situation is corrected. There is a neat painting in free places and rooms. There is no smell of paint. 4. Wi-Fi is free but slow as hell and not available everywhere. 5. The most important thing is noise! Evening events are held next to the main lobby bar. The nearest rooms are 20 meters away. In the evenings, you can not fall asleep until the entertainment program is over.
Nice atmosphere, good location and very calm outdoors. Good option if you are not looking for a real 5 star service. Should have the public toilets more clean. The all inclusive buffet is diverse. Lack of costumer service, we were never explained how to use the other restaurants and on the beach people will always try to sell activities.
It's a gem of a hotel to stay at . Elegant , comfortable with outstanding location and hospitality .The room was great , nicely and well furnished, super clean and covered all needs. All staff members were professional and lovely . We will most definitely stay here again . Thanks to amazing all . RECEPTION 5*/ LOCATION 5*/ SLEEP QUALITY 5*/ STAFF 5*/ MANAGEMENT 5*/ FOOD 5*/ ROOMS 5* / SERVICE 5* OVERALL STAY ALMOST 6*
In general we enjoyed the atmosphere! The hotel has good access to the sea, two outside pools, great varieties of food and well trained staff always ready to help. Speaking about the standards :)they offer very poor hygienic set (no toothpaste, no tooth brash, no hair conditioner) ... so you actually have to prepare for vacation at the five star hotel. The internet was not working properly in the rooms, so might be not the Best option for business travelers. But as I mentioned earlier the staff working there creates great energy there so we were happy with our holidays.
You won't be disappointed at this Iberostar hotel. The gardens are well maintained. The fountains are relaxing. The reception lounge has an amazing view. The swimming pools are attractive and clean. The indoor pool is heated in the winter. The security is better than most, with professional policemen stationed at the gates and beach. The general manager and staff get my five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Well let's start, check in was immediately, rooms are quite old, especially bathrooms , I would say that they require some work on them, service is great , food is great , hotel territory is fine , animation is .... ok; It's our first time in Tunisia , and I don't have any other experience with Tunisian hotels , but I won't give them 5 stars to be honest , 4 stars not 5
This hotel is a fantastic one in Sousse I stayed for one week in this hotel and i felt as iam in my house The staff is friendly The fscilities of the hotel are awsome A very nice sea view from the lobby and the beatch is fablouse . The food spectacular.
My partner and I stayed here for our first holiday and we had a fantastic time. Right on the beach with scenic views. The hotel was not full and therefore there was no queues, lots of space at the beach and round the pool. I'm not sure we would have had the same relaxing experience if we stayed at peak time when this is at capacity. Having stayed in 5* hotels all over the world I would say this is at the lower end of 5* or top end 4*.The a la carte restaurant was not what you would expect from a 5*, it was one dish, no options you eat the mystery meat stew or leave. As a vegetarian looking into a bowl of bubbling animal that they couldn't actually describe what it was made me feel slightly ill. However the main buffet restaurant had all the standard food, not the best quality but not the worst. The best part of this hotel and the main asset was the staff. They work incredibly hard and always have a smile on their face and happy to help in anyway they can. This is a beautiful part of the world with beautiful people, Thank you for your hospitality!
