Located in Port Charlotte, this charming house features a master bedroom with a queen bed, 44inch tv, walking closet and attached master bathroom. The spacious second bedroom has a queen bed and a generously sized closet. With amenities like central air, guests can relax in comfort. The living room sofa features two recliners for optimal comfort while relaxing. 2 bathrooms come with one walk-in shower and one tub shower combo. Outside you will find a small fenced yard and a screened in porch ready for you to kick back and relax on. Steps from your back porch you will find a fresh water canal for fishing or enjoying the beauty of nature. This is truly a boaters dream with a boat ramp just across the street, giving you quick access to the Charlotte Harbor. We have boat slips available very close to the boat ramp for guests that would like to keep their boat in the water during your stay. (Let us know if you would like to take advantage of this offer so we can reserve your slip)
Whether you are coming to work or play, we are centrally located to shopping, restaurants, golf courses and local attractions like Englewood beach. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.

This house was perfect for what we needed. Comfortable and relaxing. The host was very friendly and willing to help in any way.

The renters was very nice but the amenities, the couch, the cookware, and the place just wasn’t very clean. We had spider ants on the kitchen countertop which we dealt with. We asked for a new couch because the one that was there was totally broke down. They brought us a marketplace replacement couch which wasn’t much better. The cookware was not even usable. We stayed for 2 months and this stuff is pretty important when staying that long. The washer and dryer was good and they had heat also which was good because it got cold for about 3 weeks. The location was near the highway and it was very noisy with the traffic. Often woke me up in the middle of the night. We left 4 days early because the neighbor opened his sewer and it smelled like crap. Our stay was okay at best. They were nice people but they need to do some things differently especially with long stay renters.
