The house was ideal for our group of nine - very clean and spacious, and close to shopping and restaurants. Check-in and communication were flawless. We loved the kitchen, the TV's, the outside deck and dock, the pool, and the sunsets. The dining room was perfect for our group. A few concerns: 1) The outdoor grill needs replacing. 2) The beds in the upstairs "back room" were unusable for adults. The room is stuffy and very hot, with no fan. Only a few other minor issues: The tubs, sinks & showers seemed to drain slowly, and the upstairs toilet basin needs a new "float." One of the indoor drapes (right side) leading to the pool is loose at the top metal piece. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house, and we would highly recommend this property to other guests.

Fabulous trip!

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and had great spaces for all of our family. The kids especially loved the pool. The hosts were very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great trip and really enjoyed being able to stay in this beautiful home as a family.

Perfect for our Destination Family Christmas

The house was beautiful. Matt & Michele were very responsive to our questions and needs. The pool was heated just as they said it would be. It was wonderful to watch the sunset each evening by the pool. We saw alligators, turtles and cormorants on the lake. We will definitely come back if we plan another family reunion in SW Florida.

Beautiful Home for Large Families

The host was responsive and very nice. The property was beautiful and extremely spacious for my family who gathered for a somber occasion. Lots of parking, great dock to enjoy coffee, and a large open kitchen. Would definitely stay again

Amazing long weekend!

Paradise!

Perfect example of a luxury home away from home. More than we could ask for and the home was able to accommodate to all of our family and our needs. Pool was fantastic. Also caught many gish! Defenitly recommend and we will be back one day!

Ideal Property for a Family Gathering!

Our stay here was beyond compare and the property was even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. The house was spacious, beautifully appointed and every amenity was provided. The pool was delightful and each night our family enjoyed sunsets from the dock. Our hosts immediately replied to all communications and directions on how to use appliances, A/C, lights, etc were clearly posted at the house. The home was exceedingly clean, comfortable & secure. Shopping & many restaurants were located very nearby. This was truly a perfect stay.

Our group had eleven people and everyone was comfortable with the amount of room this house offered. Close to everything that was needed. Very easy process. If we make it back to this area of Florida this is our house to rent. Loved it.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Our two families very much enjoyed our stay. The house was quiet, beautiful and relaxing. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We drove to the beaches everyday and swam in the pool at night. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Thank you!

Wonderful House

This was our 2nd time staying in this property. It doesn’t disappoint . Beautiful , clean, well kept property. Owners are very responsive. House has everything you would need. Afternoon/evenings in the pool and rear patio are unbelievable. The sunsets are amazing. We usually rush back from wherever we are to enjoy the sunsets each evening. Can’t wait to stay here again
