Despiértese y disfrute de su café matutino junto a la piscina mientras contempla el tranquilo canal y toma el sol cálido de Florida. Si eso no suena lo suficientemente bueno, la playa está a solo 15 minutos en coche de su acogedora escapada.

La casa alberga pisos laminados en todas partes, con todos los muebles nuevos y modernos. Nuestros 3 dormitorios pueden acomodar fácilmente a toda una familia, ¡incluso puede traer a los abuelos si lo desea! Hay mucho para que ellos también puedan hacer. Nuestros dos baños completos significan que no habrá peleas durante el tiempo de la ducha. Con 3 televisores de pantalla plana, todos pueden ver sus propios programas al mismo tiempo. Nuestro rincón de desayuno tiene una bonita vista de la piscina / canal con la cantidad justa de sol por la mañana. El área del estudio es perfecta para pasar el rato. Nuestra mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 6 personas y nuestra cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita. La barbacoa exterior es perfecta para asar verduras, carnes o incluso costillas. Si no tiene ganas de cocinar, hay una gran variedad de buenos restaurantes alrededor.

Además de la evidente salida a la playa, hay mucho golf para jugar. Nuestra casa está rodeada de 5 campos de golf. Si el golf no es lo tuyo, puedes dar un paseo por el vecindario amigable y disfrutar de toda la vida silvestre o simplemente relajarte y observarlo desde el patio trasero. Si los niños están ansiosos por más entretenimiento, Disney World está a aproximadamente 2 horas en automóvil. ¿Quieres ir a la playa de arena blanca de Clearwater? Eso es un poco menos de dos horas también. Rotonda West, está situado en el corazón de todo con mucho que hacer.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Narcisa was a pleasure to work with and was always available right away when we needed her. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub while there, and the host left a complimentary bottle of wine for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The home was very clean, which is something I am very particular about, and I was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already talking about going back at a future date.

Comfortable non "touristy" destination

Very clean and comfortable with everything that was needed for our stay. Good sandy beaches within easy distance, plenty of excellent restaurants relatively close by. We have been visiting Rotonda over many years and enjoy it because it is not too "touristy"

Amazing vacation home

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great location close to many beaches where we found lots of shark teeth and shells. Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay again in the future.

The house is clean, well organized, and perfect for a family of 5-6. We loved the beaches, restaurants, and the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of opportunities to golf as well. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay. Great host house was very clean and fully stocked. Beaches were closed almost everyday do to the horrible damage from HELENE so we spent a lot of time at the pool and it was fabulous. Nice location easy to get around.

Early Dec 2019 getaway

Property was in excellent condition and contained all amenities that were needed for a relaxing vacation. Location was away from the busy cities but still close enough for day trips when the mood hit us. Very nice beaches were close by. Really enjoyed the vacation and hated to leave.

Relaxing beach family vacay

Beautiful house and property! We spent our time in the pool, on the beach and in the backyard fishing and watching the birds and turtles. We loved the close proximity to beaches, restaurants and shops. Owner is ver friendly and communicative.

Nice place

The kitchen was really very well appointed, better than any other place that we've rented. So for those who cook a lot-which we did, it was great. The house itself is great-has everything you need and then some. The host was also great to work with. Would stay again if need to be in that area.

Get away with daughter and grandson

We have stayed in this area before and were very pleased with this property. We went to the different beaches and ate at many of our favorite places. My grandson improved his swimming skills. We all loved sitting on the dock by the canal. Great place and location.

Wonderful vacation

The home was very lovely and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio and the pool. The host was wonderful, responded immediately to any question we had. But there weren't many because everything was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants and two beautiful beaches within minutes of the home. Looking forward to returning again.

Great, quiet location close to lots

My husband, three teens and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is peaceful to come “home” to after golfing and visiting beautiful beaches. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the canal was fun to watch for wildlife. The home is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and we played a lot of ping pong in the garage. We also used the blow up volleyball net in the pool for a few games. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Quiet Florida Get-Away

We totally recommend this property and owner to people wanting a nice quiet place to stay not far from the beach on Don Pedro Island. Rotonda West is near the town of Englewood which is quiet/ not crowded at all. Traffic is light. 45-50 min to University Mall in Sarasota. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing!

A great place to stay

To start with, the host was fantastic!! She could not have been nicer. She checked in a couple of times during our two week stay. Always making sure everything was okay and checking to see if we needed anything. Do not hesitate to stay here. Beautiful area and the restaurants were all amazing. The only downfall was that some of the beaches were still closed due to the hurricane. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

Perfect family getaway!

The house was very clean and had literally everything you needed. Everything was labeled like lightswitches and it made it very easy to navigate an unfamiliar home. My children loved the pool and the house is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Narcisa was very attentive and kind and responded quickly to messages. She’s a great host and we couldn’t recommend the home more!

We loved the house and the pool. Canal was wonderful and we seen lots of wildlife. Even an alligator in the canal. Clean house and enjoyed a free bottle of wine. If we return to the area we will stay again. Thank you so much for the great experience
