Room was dirty upon arrival, General Manager very accommodating and refunded our money. Thanks!

We opted for the offbeat rather than the 2+ obvious hotels in town. The rooms are actually condos/villas. No room service, etc. But we wanted a kitchen and two bedrooms for a low price. This was perfect. There is a whole mall of shops downstairs including places for breakfast (yum!), lunch, and dinner (good seafood). We loved it and plan to stay there again when we return.

This was not a hotel, but a rental timeshare or condo which was poorly maintained by the owner or association. Someone needs to tell the owner that it is no longer 1977. There was no one answering phones after 5 PM. Nor did I receive any check out. Please do not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling for business. It may be suited for a larger family on a budget that thinks it is great to be near the water in Florida.

Two bedroom. Villa... plus the loft ..loft was great for teens.. Villa was very spacious...villa located on top of shopps and restaurants..everything closes early which was great for us because family trip. . Plenty of piers round for fishing..staff very courteous.

My mother and I went for one night. Staff was friendly and informative. Room was clean and cool. Enjoyed the view also. Several restaurants to choose from and live entertainment was great. (Boogiemen?) Only complaint was very thin walls (snoring and other activities) and doves were so loud in the morning! We have stayed here years ago and we still think it is a fun place to go. We will be going back.

It's average. It had plenty of space, WIFI and a kitchen. The had plenty of places to eat within walking distances. It was a little worn.

We only stayed one quick night, but it was great! Terriffic location, very relaxing..would have loved to stay longer!
