Great location Quiet Good for a small family

Great location for a small getaway. House was clean. Beds are firm but not falling apart or anything like that quiet area not a lot of partying good for a family... cons- the beach is covered with political flags signs etc Mosquitos are out like crazy highly suggest to bring bug spray most local stores are sold out ..

Excellent Beach Location, Roomy place!

Just steps from the beach, this lovely home on stilts has plenty of room for everyone. You can see the beach or the sunset from the wrap around porch.

Would never stay here again

The location of this property is fantastic! The views are great, and the property has good bones. That is where it ends. The table in the kitchen could fall apart in a stiff breeze. No bedside tables, the blankets are paper thin- stayed in the winter. The mattresses are HORRIBLE. The bunk bed mattresses are little springs wrapped in a plastic covering (if you have kids and end up in this bed with them- I’m sorry- bring advil!). The kitchen pots look like they came from a garage sale- totally ripped up. The couches are in terrible shape, so bad that there is plywood under the cushions. The exterior light- well we didn’t find that light switch until day 2, and that was only for the stairs and not the front door area. We were traveling with my elderly parents, so poor lighting was dangerous. There isn’t any type of book/guide to the house- no information beyond the general online listing. We didn’t go there to watch Tv, but since tv and WiFi were listed as amenities, would have been nice to have. Rent at your own discomfort!

Fun time with family

This property was just what our family needed for a weekend getaway. We found potholders were absent and they would have been nice to use while cooking. Overall we had a great time!

Nice little beach house 👌

It was good, could use a table on the deck to go with the chairs, and both bathroom shower drains need to be cleaned out. water would back up while you shower due to VERY slow draining. And the front door lock does not work very good with using the key. Other wise nice little beach house.

Great location, but needs repair!

The location was great, 2nd row and could walk to the beach. The house didn’t have a covered porch so when it was raining we couldn’t sit outside. It needs repairs… the tub in the master bath doesn’t drain well and the hand towel racks are broken. There is no decor. It needs a flip, a complete remodel, looks like it hasn’t been updated in a while, and looks ran down. It was clean, but kind of disappointed with it.

As described.

This property is just as described. The decks gave great views of the ocean, which is only a few steps away. The big drawback for us was how long the wait is at the ferry. Basically, a few more amenities would be appreciated too: a few more towels and definitely a box of Kleenex!

Good short stay/Good location/nice view

We had a good short stay! Nice beach! -Initially didn’t receive the check in email. -Never could get the WiFi to work. -Really wish it had a living room coffee table and night stands for the bedrooms. TV for the bunk bed room would of been handy. -Fridge was a little noisy (hope nothing serious). Overall good stay! Hope to do it again next year! Thanks again!

Close to the beach...and beach traffic

The beach has lots of traffic - jeeps, trucks, and golf carts all day. Most of the vehicles also had large political flags on them, so there was a constant parade and tone set to the place where all a visitor wants to do is leave all of that behind and just relax at the beach. We stuck to ourselves and are a quiet family of three; yet, we were followed back to the house and questioned about who we were and informed that the house was a private residence. This was a very uncomfortable interaction. We won't be back.

Nice and quiet location just sets from the beach. Patio overlooks the ocean. With the exception of the cockroaches in the bed, the spiders in the other bed, the absence of internet and the dirty bedding, this place is awesome.

The view was amazing but....

The wifi was a false advertisement. The master bed was hard as rock and small! The refrigerator was noisy and rattled the floor! Do not recommend this rental especially for how much it cost

The location and the kitchen were great but we'll not rent this place again. No wifi or cable access. We reported the issue and nothing were done to remedy the situation. The sofas were filthy and we manage by using beach towels. No end tables with task lamps. (living room & bedrooms) The worst part on our last day we saw a few roaches. We made the best of the situation.
