Great place!

Amazing experience like none other!!

My family of five, including a 10 year old and 2. 17-year-olds plus my parents stayed the night in this property. My brothers family of 5 live down the road and hung out with us most the time. The house was plenty big for hanging out and sleeping arrangements worked out perfect for the 7 of us. The kids loved the game room area and played games. Everything was perfect. I have zero complaints about anything. The host were super friendly and provided things above and beyond what they are expected to do. We had pizza delivered. We had groceries delivered. Everything is available around you. There were several great restaurants to pick from with close distance.

Well Appointed

Really nice townhouse, nicely decorated, light and airy and clean. Loved the coffee bar and the back patio! The snacks were a favorite. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay again! Thank you Kyle and Lisa for letting us stay.

Great property!

My family really enjoyed staying at your property. The house was very clean, smelled good and was welcoming the moment we entered! We appreciated all the little "extras" at the coffee station, kitchen snacks and toiletry items provided. The owner checked in with us to make sure we happy and had everything we needed. Such an accommodating and lovely host!

The property was very clean with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The amenities were so well thought out with great snacks and a fabulous coffee bar. The host, Kyle, actually went out and bought a packnplay for my grandson and had it set up when we arrived! Would not stay anywhere else when in the area!! Thank you, Kyle!!

Owners go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Not many VRBO owners put out snacks and bottled water like these kind folks did. We enjoyed our short stay very much.

Super place!

This place was exactly as pictured! Super clean and everything looked brand new. No worn-out furniture here. Many unexpected extras included like snacks, water bottles and a stocked coffee station. Plenty of towels plus all the other stuff one needs to spend a week and not run out. Even the use of the attached garage was a big plus. If you are coming to the Beaumont/Port Arthur area, this is the place to stay!

Christmas Visit

We came to Texas to visit our daughter for Christmas and could not have been happier with our hosts. Excellent and immediate communication. The property was welcoming with added touches, they even left a tree up past Christmas even though I had forgotten to request it. We will contact Lisa and Kyle for our next trip!

Excellent property!

The townhouse was perfect for our family of three. We stayed over Christmas while visiting family in the Port Arthur area. The personal touches, including the coffee bar with snacks and the Christmas decor, made us feel at home. The game room was a bonus! The owner was thoughtful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We would most definitely stay at this property again.

Great house and hospitality!

Our family stayed here to visit our daughter in college. The house location is perfect less then 15 minutes away in a nice area close to restaurants and shops. The hosts were the best providing all of the vital check-in items (key access, wifi and cable info) plus the very nice touches of a coffee bar, snack items and bottled water. The house was beautiful, clean and perfect for our family. We appreciated the attention to detail for everything to make our stay comfortable plus things like easy to find paper towels, disinfectant wipes and check out instructions. If our schedules align for future stays - we would stay here again! Thank you to the hosts for your hospitality.

Excellent Property and Host!

This was a very nice place to stay when visiting. Property was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the house was maintained. It is a great place to stay for families as the spare bedrooms are connected to a game room which was very accommodating for our two children. It was nice place for them to hangout when they wanted their kid time. I recommend staying here and when visiting we'll definitely stay there again!

Clean and so friendly

We rented this property for our family of 4 because we were in town for a baseball tournament. The house was immaculate. The host messaged me on the second day of our stay to check in and make sure we were happy with everything. The house was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay there again if we were in this area again. All the bedrooms are upstairs and the staircase was pretty steep with a pretty narrow landing at the top. Could be challenging for some. But, it was perfect for our family.
