Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful! The home was clean and we had everything we needed. With only a few steps to the almost empty beach, we couldnt have asked for a better stay.

Convenience on the coast

Perfect layout and location. No beach cart needed. No cooler needed. It’s that close to the beach! Plenty of space in the house. The interior of the house is so well done! The only negative thing to say isn’t even about the house, it’s the main road in front of it. Just make sure you’re clear before turning in and out. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach house.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Very clean and best view. Loved the screened in area after sunning for awhile. We requested some more suppies and they were delivered promptly. Our group of 4 ranged from 57 to 73 years old. So we loved this single story with no stairs.

The view is simply spectacular! Watching the sunrise every morning with my coffee was perfection. Suggestion...new adirondack chairs for outside would be awesome!

Pearl of the sea

Our stay was 7days house was very nice and clean steps from water very quiet. 4days in woke up in morning to food on counter eaten rat feces on kitchen floor called rental company sent out exterminator right away. Wife was very upset and didn’t want to finish stay. Rental never called to see if problem was taken care of or to ask if there was anything else they could do for us Very disappointed with them

Wonderful Property

The house was amazing. Updated and Very Clean. Had everything we needed for our Stay. We really Enjoyed the Beach - not many people this time of year - so it felt like your Own Private Paradise. We Enjoyed the Beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets every day watching the Pelicans and other wildlife. This place is a long way from Texas where we live, but Well Worth Visiting and We hope to come back real soon. RB

Nice place with a nice view

If you want to hang up more than a couple things, might want to bring some hangers. I’m sure people probably keep swiping the ones provided. Floor fans are provided, which was great for a white noise-using light sleeper. Plenty of room for 6-7 people.

The property was nice, having a place EASY steps away from the water was perfect for any ages. We did have an issue with the smell of that sitting by the big front window and the sofa.. You might want to change that sitting bed out and have the sofa cleaned.

Staycation

I own a restaurant and live 20 minutes away from this house. That makes it very convenient if I need to be back at my restaurant in a hurry. Very casual and very comfortable. We spent two weeks at the house and enjoy every minute.

Great ocean front property

This is our 3rd stay in ponte Vedra and this home was beautiful! We had brought our 80+ year old grandparents so the fact that there wasn’t too many steps was great! Would stay again!

Open the door and your standing in beautiful sand

We enjoy our time while staying at this property and are hoping to go back again next year. The house was very clean and comfortable. The grocery store is close by making it easy to get food and other items. The best part was the access to the beach. No need to drive to it, find parking, etc. Instead, you just slide open the doors and you are there.

Gorgeous Ocean Views

This house is all about the ocean front location. Spectacular sunrise and wide beaches with few if any people on it. It had plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans, etc. AC worked great! The house has been redecorated on the inside but, seating and beds are uncomfortable. That said, I would stay here again.

Perfect location for a family vacation

The location was perfect. The beach and beautiful sunsets at your back door. The house was clean, recently updated and accommodated six of us comfortably. I would definitely stay here in the future. I recommend anyone wanting to getaway for a beach to book this house. Couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to stay at this location.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay, especially the location. We took our two dogs who also enjoyed the property. The house was clean and well kept. There were a few maintenance items that may need to be addressed. We brushed against the cabinet under the TV and the door fell off. We tried to repair it, but found the screws were missing. Additionally, an alarm was sounding outside the house (I assume in relation to the septic). These issues did not keep us from enjoying the house and location. We just wanted to let the property managers know in case these items need to be addressed. We had a great time and would definitely enjoy staying here again!

Diamond in the rough

Great house, right on the water. My only criticisms are the chain link fence impedes the unbelievable view and the grill was moldy and could not be used. It really should be called Diamond on the rough because the exterior does not match the interior at all. Inside it is a designer home with all the upgrades, outside it looks a little beat up. Curb appeal could use some help. Overall, It was a great vacation and plan to return

Great place to relax and reflect!

Overall this property is great for families who want to relax and enjoy the beach. The screened in porch and outside fire pit was so enjoyable. I have plans to return to this property in the future. Easy ride to St. Augustine. I would recommend checking into ths property if you want to have a great relaxing vacation.

This is a great place to stay. The house is equipped with everything anyone could need. The beach is gorgeous here. There are no crowds because it is all private. The beds are extra comfortable. Anyone would enjoy this place!!

Great home and location

The house was extremely clean and just as advertised, with everything newly remodeled and in good working condition. Everyone in the family really enjoyed the stay and the facilities. The layout is one big open room for the kitchen-living-dinning room, and then the 3 bedrooms on the sides. Of course, the ocean view back-porch and backyard are the main draw, with direct access to the beach, and it did not disappoint. We didn't have any issues, but the management team did a good job of getting all the information ready and seemed very responsive. In summary: a great place to stay and highly recommended :)
