Located in one of the most peaceful and sunny areas of Madeira Island, this charming apartment is the ideal refuge for those seeking a holiday in contact with nature, without giving up proximity to the sea.



With capacity for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), it is the perfect choice for families wishing to explore the best of the island's west side.



Upon entering, we are welcomed by an atmosphere of luminosity and serenity. The spacious and sunny room invites relaxation after a day of discoveries, whilst the independent kitchen, fully equipped, awakens the pleasure of preparing everything from light meals to more elaborate dinners. Every detail has been thought through to make your stay comfortable and practical.



The bedroom, decorated with simplicity and good taste, offers a double bed and generous storage, with a window that frames a serene mountain view, where the green extends to the base and merges with the island's famous banana plantations. The modern, spacious and functional bathroom complements the comfort of the unit.



The true charm of this accommodation reveals itself on its sea-view balcony, a perfect space to enjoy the sunrise, have breakfast outdoors or simply relax whilst contemplating the Atlantic.



The location is strategic: just a few minutes from the village of Calheta, with its golden sand beach, the Casa das Mudas Museum and the Sugar Mill, and a short distance from Rabaçal, the starting point for exploring the iconic Laurissilva forest. For those who venture to the westernmost point, Ponta do Pargo reveals itself as a remote and tranquil place, whilst heading east are Ponta do Sol and Ribeira Brava, with all local amenities, cafés and restaurants.

Guests are responsible for the proper use of the accommodation and its respective equipment. Damage, loss or misuse identified during or after the stay may be subject to the application of a damage fee, intended to cover repair, replacement or extraordinary cleaning costs.
