I will visit Hotel Phaphalati again - Management really tried their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible. the swimming pool and the view are two winners.

The Google Pin location is about 3km's from the actual hotel. None of the lights in our room actually worked. Fridge power cable couldn't reach the nearest wall plug. Ice not offered for free unless you buy a drink. No Wifi available

Had a very nice stay! Fantastic view from swimming pool deck ! Staff very helpful and friendly ! Only negative- Hotel 3 km from Ponta Malongane on a very sandy road Takes about 20 min to get there

Ok place but difficult to access.

Firstly this place is no where close to Ponta D' Ouro. It is 8 kilometers north. The road is a dirt road so it is not motorable unless you have a 4X4 or a Quadbike. The place was full of mosquitoes and the only way to control that was to keep the doors closed. The view from the main deck was spectacular though.

What a bad experience

Overall a bad experience. When I arrived there was nobody at reception. I eventually found someone to help me. Room was clean but when I went to the restaurant at 17h30, I was told that the chef has left and there was no food available. Next morning there was no water to shower or wash. I went to reception at 7h00 to report the water problem and doors were all locked and nobody around.
