The property itself was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and just as described. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone looking in the area.That said, I was disappointed with the communication after checkout. I accidentally left behind a hat that has sentimental value (my husband wore it when he officiated our niece’s wedding). I reached out as soon as I realized (we left at 8am, well before check out and I realized around when we would have normally checked out at 11am) even offering for my aunt, who lives nearby (4 mins away), to pick it up. The host initially replied that he would check with the cleaners, but after that I never received a follow-up despite two messages.I understand it was my mistake to leave something behind, but a simple response (even if the item wasn’t found) would have gone a long way.

Golf Trip

We were super excited to play Polson Bay Golf Course. We showed up Friday evening with plans to play on Saturday morning. This was the perfect play for the 4 of us. We greatly enjoyed the private back deck. The house over all was just right. We will be back.

Cozy home

Home was clean, cozy and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and had everything we needed. Love that that living room had plenty of comfortable seating for six. Jaben responded quickly and graciously to a small issue we had. The only minor inconvenience was that the bathroom for the upstairs bedrooms is downstairs. That's not a deal breaker for us. We would stay again!

It was perfect for what we needed. Attended a nearby wedding. Temps were very hot and house stayed nice and cool, very comfy master bedroom. Convenient to food, stores, and the lake. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin

The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The facility was clean. Everything you needed for cooking was there. It was very well supplied, but we ate out most of the time. Jayden was super nice. Not his fault, but the city of Polson needs to repair their streets. 😃
