It’s all about location at Villa Llenaire, being just a short stroll and a few hundred metres from the beautiful sandy beach at Roca de Llenaire. From here you can take a steady walk along the beach to the centre of Port de Pollensa with its huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars whilst taking in the wonderful sea views. An ideal base for exploring the area, the villa has four spacious air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms located all on the ground floor level. This traditionally furnished villa also benefits from a large comfortable lounge complete with open plan dining area. Externally the modern pool and terrace area offers ample shade should you wish to escape the midday sun, or just spend an evening relaxing by the pool.
