Located in an excellent location and enjoying a rural setting with beautiful views, Villa d'Enmig is a modern property with a high-end finish. The villa is situated on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa and a short drive from the beautiful sandy coves of Cala San Vicente and the sandy bay of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa is situated on a single floor and has been modernly furnished, with state-of-the-art equipment. The entrance door provides access to a bright and spacious living/dining room with comfortable sofas. The double doors from the dining room lead to a covered terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, barbecue and enjoying beautiful views over the swimming pool and the surrounding local countryside. The modern and well-equipped open kitchen has a bar and a door leading to the terrace. The three bedrooms are spacious with built-in wardrobes. Two double rooms share a full family bathroom (with shower) and the elegant double room has an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another utility room with a washing machine that houses a shower and a WC.
From the terrace, one can enjoy impressive views of the surroundings, the old town of Pollensa and the bay of Pollensa in the distance. The large private pool is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, spacious paved terraces for sunbathing and is surrounded by lawned gardens. A great place to live outdoors!

Really great villa. Much bigger than even the photos suggest, the outside pool area is lovely, fantastic size pool and views across to Pollensa town and surrounding hills. West facing, you get the sun all day but perfect for afternoon/evening sunshine. Very private, there are two villas relatively close by but you can't hear or see them from the pool area.
Pretty easy to find using the link provided for google maps but note that there is no villa name at the gate.
Rooms are a great size and two generous bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you may need and outside utility room with washing machine etc
All very clean and well equipped. Felt very safe and secure at night.
Great location as long as you have a car. 40 minutes from Palma airport. 5 mins down to Pollensa town and 15ish minutes to Pollensa port/beach or Alcudia. Would recommend!
Top tip: Donkey in the neighbouring field LOVES a carrot :)

Uns hat ganz besonders die Lage gefallen. Wunderschön, mit Blick auf die Berge. Ein riesen Grundstück, man hat seine Ruhe. Die Villa und der Pool - wir waren begeistert.
Vielleicht mal ein Schild an das Tor mit dem Namen der Villa anbringen. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und hatten wirkliche Probleme. Wir dachten, dass Tor ist zu, dabei hat es geklemmt und ging schlecht auf. Keine Schild, ländlich, war nicht schön.

Lovely house with a perfect layout and a very nice pool area
Lots of space both indoor and outdoor. Large bedrooms, master bedroom with ensuite bath. Kitchen with everything you need. Lovely Big pool and terrace just outside the kitchen, perfect layout. Very private and peaceful. We loved it.
A lounge set outside would be nice and firmer beds in the childrens bedrooms.
A lovely, well equipped house to stay with only a short drive to Pollenca old town. A small car would be good as roads leading to the property are more tricky in a large vehicle.
Nothing bad to say apart from.. take mosquito spray!
