The elegant Villa Can Lleida Valero, located within extensive private grounds and offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside, is a spacious property with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, private pool and outdoor jacuzzi. Beautifully situated in the Pollensa countryside, just a short journey from stunning sandy beaches and towns, Villa Can Lleida Valero is ready to impress. Relax in the well-maintained gardens under the Mallorcan sun, take a walk through the countryside, or simply rest in the air-conditioned interiors: this villa has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday.



Inside, the villa has been furnished with taste and style, making extensive use of traditional elements and modern conveniences. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, along with 3 bathrooms and spacious living areas. The property is distributed across 2 floors.



On the ground floor, there is a large lounge (Wi-Fi internet, satellite television) with an adjacent kitchen (fully equipped) and dining area. Large patio doors provide access to the terraces/pool area. On this floor, there are also 2 cosy bedrooms with air conditioning (one double and one with two beds, both with air conditioning) and 2 bathrooms (a family bathroom with shower and a full en-suite bathroom with the main bedroom).



On the luminous upper floor, provided with beautiful beam ceilings, there is another hall, 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and a family bathroom with a shower. The bedrooms are respectively one double and the other with 3 single beds.



Outside, the villa is located on stunning grounds with lawn, private pool, dining areas, barbecue, pool, jacuzzi and even a small pond with fountain. This is undoubtedly the perfect area to enjoy the beautiful Mallorcan sun in total relaxation. The large private pool measures 11.20m x 4.35m (depth ranges between 0.9m and 2m), with access via Roman steps. Comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for guests to enjoy. The shaded terrace surrounding the villa is also equipped with comfortable sofas and dining facilities, for delightful outdoor meals.



The tourist tax is included in the rates. Air conditioning available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
