Villa Cal Papa 3 bedrooms for 6 guest in Pollensa with private pool and bbq close to the sea

We welcome you to our beautiful traditional Cal Papa house with stone walls, recently renovated to offer you maximum comfort during your holidays. Located in an excellent location, this house allows you to reach the charming town of Pollensa in just a few minutes by car, where you can walk along its cobbled streets, climb the Calvary with its 365 steps, visit museums and art galleries or simply enjoy the wide gastronomic offer of the main square.

The idyllic white sandy coves and crystal-clear waters of Cala Sant Vicenç, as well as the coveted beaches of Puerto de Pollensa and Formentor, perfect for enjoying the sun and sea, are almost equidistant.

Our house, furnished with style and elegance, will not disappoint you. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light, a cosy dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, ideal for preparing your favourite dishes for family and friends.

On the first floor, we have three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom with two single beds together and the third bedroom with two single beds, perfect for the little ones or friends.



The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a private 10 x 5 m swimming pool, with depths ranging between 0.8 and 2.3 m, surrounded by a lush garden with native plants and large palm trees. There are several terraces, both covered and uncovered, where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. Next to the pool, there is a covered terrace where you can savour food prepared on the portable barbecue. There is also an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a laundry area.

For the comfort of our guests, the entire villa has air conditioning (during established hours between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM).

Information to be taken into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.



The tourist tax is included in the price.
